General Maintenance Worker - Richland/Tri-Cities WA Federal O&M Contractor seeks a full‑time General Maintenance Worker for Facilities Maintenance in Downtown Richland, Washington. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of recent experience in facilities maintenance services at commercial or industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self‑motivated, conscientious, hardworking, and honest. A federal security background check is required. Responsibilities Replace light fixture tubes and filters Clean mechanical spaces Repair electrical outlets, switches, fixtures, and motors Repair walls, doors, windows, ceilings, sinks, water coolers, toilets, and faucets Touch‑up painting on equipment and structures Replace damaged paneling and floor tiles, doors, hardware, locks, concrete, and masonry Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery Assist journeymen trades with mechanical maintenance activities Benefits 401(k) plan Paid vacation Sick leave Holidays Employee is responsible for their own transportation.
