Housekeeper Position at The Reserve at Orchard LakeThe Reserve at Orchard Lake is looking for a Housekeeper to join our growing team! The right candidate will have previous housekeeping experience and have excellent communication skills. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility for the residents in the Reserve at Orchard Lake community.Primary Responsibilities:Clean all bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures in apartment and common areasVacuum carpeted areas and mop tile floorsSpot clean walls and windowsDust furniture and empty trash cansClean baseboards, pictures, lights and HVAC VentsHonor any additional housekeeping request made by the residents during the allotted timeAssist with picking up trashAssist with activity room set-ups, will require movement of furnitureReport any pertinent information to management directly related to the well-being of the residentPerform any additional housekeeping tasks as necessaryQualifications:At least one year of housekeeping experience, requiredAbility to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in EnglishMust be able to speak and understand English to communicate with supervisors and residentsWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
