Position Summary

The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the Marketing Team in creating engaging content that showcases Bodega Taqueria y Tequila's food, beverages, events, and guest experiences. This internship offers hands-on experience in content creation, social media marketing, and brand development within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and maintaining the social media content calendar.
• Create, film, edit, and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Capture photos and videos of menu items, cocktails, events, and guests.
• Assist with writing captions and promoting events, specials, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond or escalate inquiries as needed.
• Research social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
• Organize digital media assets and assist with basic performance reporting.
• Participate in content shoots, marketing meetings, and promotional events.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Hospitality, or related program.
• Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Basic photography, videography, and video editing skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
