- Assemble & Build: Precision-assemble electronic components using clear blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Tool Work: Utilize specialized hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect, test, and troubleshoot finished products to ensure top-notch quality before shipping.
- Collaborate: Work alongside a supportive team to meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
- Experience or Aptitude: Prior electronic/mechanical assembly experience is a plus, but we are happy to train candidate with mechanical aptitude!
- Detail-Oriented: Great dexterity, comfortable working with small parts, and a pride-in-ownership mindset.
- Tech-Minded: Ability to read written instructions, basic schematics, and work independently.

- Assembling electronic components, circuit boards, and devices according to work instructions, blueprints, or schematics.
- Reading and interpreting assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Soldering electronic components using hand soldering equipment (through-hole and/or surface-mount, depending on the role).
- Installing wires, cables, connectors, switches, and other electrical components.
- Using hand and power tools to complete assemblies.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Performing functional testing using equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, or other testing devices.
- Identifying and reporting defects or quality issues and making minor repairs or rework when needed.
- Maintaining accurate production records and documentation.
- Following safety procedures, including electrostatic discharge (ESD) protocols when handling sensitive electronic components.
- Keeping workstations clean and organized according to workplace standards.
