About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Float Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Missouri or compact RN license and Kansas license required Certifications: AHA BLS/ACLS certifications required, RQI certifications will not be accepted Must-Have: Must have both Missouri or compact RN license and Kansas license. Contracted individuals may begin with Kansas license pending but must provide documentation of application. Pass/fail testing for medication and dosage will be conducted during the first week, with a requirement of 100% to pass. Three attempts will be allowed for testing. Description: Two openings in the Medical Surgical Float Pool. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment providing care to patients. RNs will float between facilities as needed. Experience in charge roles and familiarity with specific charting systems are preferred. The patient population includes various age groups and diagnoses. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work setting and demonstrate adaptability. The facility maintains a smoke-free environment.
