As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Wed 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly commercial property environment. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel. Complete daily activity reports and communicate relevant security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Access control/badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
