Key Responsibilities\n

Your clinical responsibilities will encompass a range of therapeutic and evaluation tasks:

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide effective short-term psychotherapy within an ambulatory mental health context.

  • Deliver psychotherapeutic services utilizing case management, treatment planning, and individual, family, and group therapy modalities.
  • \n
  • Provide clinical interventions for clients experiencing mental health challenges or dual disorders, utilizing interventions that include crisis intervention, supportive therapy, addictions counseling, and couples and family therapy.

  • Work under the guidance of supervising licensed professionals to ensure that all clinical services adhere to the latest DSM standards.

  • Assess clients' needs to determine the appropriate level of care, establishing effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

  • Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of assessments and treatment decisions.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in behavioral health service delivery.

Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A valid LMFT license or Psy.D that permits practice in Florida.

  • A minimum of two years of experience in providing high-quality psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
