Inventory Coordinator - FT

Inventory Coordinator – $18.00/hour, $300/month variable incentive. Key Responsibilities Control the flow of cars, inventory management, checking and logging in new arrivals and entering correct status in the fleet computer system. Responsible for lot merchandising, ensuring vehicles are front line ready and have correct pricing stickers, buyer's guides and frame plates. Parking, aligning cars, and maintaining a presentable sales lot. Manage the back overflow lot. Shuttle cars to vendors, assist with dealer trades and pick up customers when needed. Maintain fuel log and other reports requested by the location manager. File reports as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Professional behavior towards customers and associates. Ability to work in varied environments (indoors and outdoors). At least 20 years of age with a good driving history (as mandated by state and location). Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and sit for up to 8 hours.
