Pine Street Inn is seeking a Guest Services Specialist to work the 40-hour, Tuesday-Saturday night shift at the Boston shelter located at 444 Harrison Avenue. The role focuses on direct guest care, housing pathway support, and coordinating access to addiction, mental health, and medical resources. Data entry into HMIS and proper documentation are required daily.
