Traffic Control Specialist (CLSC) | Columbus

OnTrac is hiring a Traffic Control Specialist in Columbus. Location: 1260 Collings Drive, Lockbourne, OH 43137. Hourly pay: $20.92 to $23.14 per hour. Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 6:30 pm to 3:00 am (hours may change). Responsibilities Monitor, track, and log departure/arrival times, events, and locations using OnTrac’s Traffic Management System. Maintain daily administration of fleet maintenance records and fleet invoices. Ensure regulatory compliance and communicate maintenance issues affecting schedules. Conduct telephone calls, field calls, and provide follow‑up and updates. Proactively address truck breakdowns and other incidents. Qualifications Minimum of two years of administrative or clerical experience; fleet experience preferred. High School Diploma required. Preferred Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to present information and answer questions effectively. Strong vendor and internal stakeholder communication. Ability to interpret and follow written instructions. Problem‑solving skills in standardized situations. Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Strict confidentiality awareness. Proficiency with Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Data entry skills (10‑key). Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
