Shift: Day shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7am-7pm (possible times as well 7am-3pm and 730a-530pm)



Job requirements:

• RN circulator, scrub experience preferred.
• Minimum of 18 months recent OR experience
• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
• AHA ACLS AND BLS required

• Orientation time (32-40hrs) will be paid at 50% of base hourly rate
• PBDS Assessment – waived.
• ECG rhythm recognition test will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score is required.
• Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.
