Great Impressions Signs is looking for a motivated and dependable Fabrication Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on position supporting the fabrication and production of custom signs and graphics.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn , takes pride in their work, and pays close attention to detail. Previous sign industry experience is not required—we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the fabrication and assembly of custom signs.
• Help prepare materials for production.
• Assist with cutting, drilling, sanding, painting, and general shop work.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow instructions and work closely with other team members.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving sign materials as needed.

Qualifications:

• Eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good listening skills and the ability to follow directions.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Welding experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with fabrication, construction, manufacturing, or the sign industry is helpful but not required.
