Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. This position requires a dedicated professional with expertise in gastrointestinal (GI) procedures. The RN will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting with advanced endoscopic procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist as a circulator in a variety of GI procedures, including ERCP and EUS.
• Support advanced endoscopic practices such as EMR/ESD and Endolumenal Surgery.
• Manage specialized imaging catheters and troubleshoot ultrasound processors during procedures.
• Handle necessary equipment for high-level disinfection and reprocessing of complex scopes.
• Participate in weekly call rotations, including evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the GI/Endoscopy setting.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Strong knowledge and ability to assist with advanced procedures such as EUS and ERCP.
• Excellent circulating and technical skills in endoscopic settings.
• Compliance with specific fingernail policies regarding artificial nails during patient care.

Shift Information

• Four 10-hour shifts (0630-1700), plus call duties.
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Additional Information

Successful candidates will complete a pass/fail exam during orientation and are expected to achieve a score of 90% to continue in the role.
