Caregiver PositionAt Right at Home North Jacksonville, we are committed to providing high-quality in-home care and assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults in their own homes. As a Caregiver with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing essential care and companionship to help them maintain their independence and dignity.Responsibilities:Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and hobbiesAssist with daily living tasks, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care (as needed)Help clients maintain their independence by assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming (if trained and certified)Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional condition to care managersMaintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to our organization's safety protocols and guidelinesRequirements:1 year of experience (entry-level candidates welcome to apply)Pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or licensesAbility to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that require bending, standing, and walkingReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional eveningsA smart phone and service (clock-ins are done through an application on your phone)Looking for people in Yulee, Fernandina Beach and Amelia IslandWork Environment:Provide care in clients' homes, with occasional support and supervision from our office staffWork independently, with regular check-ins and support from our care management teamWhat We Offer:A competitive rate of payOpportunities for professional growth and advancementA supportive work environment with a focus on providing exceptional care and service to our clientsThe satisfaction of making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families
