Sample Coordinator

Immediate need for a talented Sample Coordinator. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in San Francisco, CA (Onsite). Job ID:26-29226 Pay Range: $23 - $25/hour. Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize seasonal product samples for use by the creative studio and visual merchandising team. Track sample arrivals, maintain accurate records, and communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate teams. Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets to ensure accessibility and organization. Support studio set preparation and maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency. Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in collaboration with the visual merchandising team. Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and support team goals. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 1–2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management preferred. Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
