Responsibilities Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound outreach, networking, and market research. Generate and qualify new business opportunities for the commercial team. Build relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers. Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels. Schedule meetings and support senior sales team members throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate records and activity within CRM platforms. Assist with proposals, presentations, and client communications. Research market trends and identify potential areas for business growth. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities when required. Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue-generating initiatives. Requirements Approximately 1+ year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, Account Management, Customer Success, or another client-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong motivation to build a successful career in sales. Confident engaging with prospective clients and building relationships. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Experience using CRM tools is advantageous but not essential. An interest in sports and igaming is essential for this role 3 days in office per week and ability to travel to industry events across the US when required What's on Offer Competitive base salary of $70,000 - $80,000.
