Enrollment Eligibility Representative
Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a remote Enrollment Eligibility Representative position based out of Minneapolis, MN. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive customer service representative responsible for processing eligibility, ACH forms, assisting with billing portal enrollment, researching and resolving member issues and requests.
Ideal Candidates:
- Thrives under pressure, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and can effectively prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven setting.
Responsibilities for the Enrollment Eligibility Rep includes but not limited to:
- Taking in-bound customer calls regarding enrollment eligibility processing.
- ACH forms and membership processing.
- Assist members with billing portal enrollment.
- Reach and resolve member issues and requests.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent with one year related experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM or member management systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Data Entry.
