HVAC Service Technician

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Technician to join our maintenance team supporting Highlands at Warwick, Charleston Townhouses, and Eclipse at Belmont in Lititz and Lancaster, PA. This hands-on role involves responding to service requests, conducting preventative maintenance, and preparing apartment homes for new residents. HVAC certification and strong HVAC repair experience are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to maintenance requests and work orders.
• Perform preventative maintenance according to schedule.
• Prepare units for move-in, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Complete general maintenance tasks including appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Utilize HVAC skills for diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order throughout the properties.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.

Required Qualifications:

• HVAC Certification is required.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Willingness to be on-call during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 35 years of professional maintenance experience.
