In This Role, You Will Provide high-level support to commercial real estate brokerage producers. Engage in a well-rounded list of contributions for the brokerage team, including marketing, graphic design, project management, and administrative functions. Partner with brokers, research, marketing and client service coordinators to help in the overall success of the office. Work with client service coordinators and brokers to gather/curate content and execute marketing tactics including brochure/flyer development, broker opinion of value, advertising, website edits, aerial/retail mapping, email marketing, social media tiles and direct mail. Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with Colliers Brand Guidelines. Work within a set of Colliers branded templates. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of marketing services experience from the Commercial Real Estate field. Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Additional Information Area/Location Specific: Various Cities Listed (Onsite) Approximate Salary Range: $70,304 to $85,000 Eligibility Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
