ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, giving me valuable experience that helped prepare me for agency ownership. I'm originally from Louisiana, a graduate of Louisiana Tech University, and truly enjoy serving the community I now call home.

Giving back is an important part of our agency. I'm an active member of Rotary and Friends of Main Street, and I enjoy supporting initiatives that help strengthen our local community.

Jeremy Hilton - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
