Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and emotional states, using tools and methodologies consistent with best practices. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are customized to the unique needs, goals, and circumstances of each client. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual, family, and group therapy settings, adapting interventions as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Monitor client progress closely through regular follow-ups, documenting changes and adjusting treatment plans to ensure effectiveness. Provide immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress. Maintain detailed and accurate client records, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines to ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care. Engage in continuous professional development by participating in supervision, training, and educational opportunities aimed at enhancing clinical skills and knowledge. Uphold ethical standards and best practices as established by appropriate licensing boards and professional organizations. Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will focus primarily on adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. By providing compassionate, individualized care, you will help clients address their needs in a judgment-free, supportive atmosphere. Qualifications A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) is necessary to practice legally and effectively. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential for effective treatment planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with team members. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
