Registered Nurse (RN) Dialysis - ChronicLocation: Waynesboro, GADuration: 13 Weeks ContractShift: DaysShift Notes: 36 Hour GuaranteeJob Summary: As a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Chronic Dialysis at our Waynesboro, GA location, you will play a critical role in patient care, enhancing the quality of life for each patient under your care. Our RNs are responsible for overseeing a group of patients and collaborating with patient care technicians to conduct patient observations, measure vital statistics, and set up dialysis machines. This role is all about building strong relationships and bonds with patients and their families, providing not only medical care but also emotional support.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality nursing care to patients receiving chronic dialysis treatment.Collaborate with patient care technicians to ensure safe and efficient dialysis procedures.Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes or concerns promptly.Educate patients and their families about dialysis treatment and the importance of compliance.Administer medications and intravenous therapies as needed.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families.Qualifications:2 years of nursing experience (REQUIRED).Experience with Fresenius 2008T dialysis machines (REQUIRED).Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia (REQUIRED).Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Submission Requirements:Resume detailing your nursing experience.Skills checklist showcasing your proficiency in dialysis care.Relevant certifications (certifications don't need to be active at the time of submission, but you must be willing to obtain them).Active RN license in the state of Georgia.COVID vaccination status (not required).If you are an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse with a background in chronic dialysis care and a passion for making a positive impact on patients' lives, we encourage you to apply for this 13-week contract position.
