Turkey Creek Medical Center, part of Tennova Healthcare, is seeking a fellowship-trained Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join their highly respected cardiovascular anesthesia team in Knoxville, Tennessee. - Adjacent Tennova Surgery Center West includes four fully equipped operating rooms and two advanced endoscopy suites
- Collaborative practice with a strong cardiovascular program
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive perioperative anesthesia care
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and assessments
- Obtain and/or verify informed patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options, risks, and expected outcomes with patients and families
- Perform induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitor patients physiological status throughout procedures
- Manage hemodynamic and clinical interventions as necessary
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, proceduralists, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
Compensation
- $600,000 Annual Base Salary
- $125,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Additional incentive opportunities available
- 2% Annual Profit Share Contribution through NAPAs Retirement Program

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology Residency
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Tennessee medical license
- Demonstrated expertise in the perioperative management of complex cardiac surgical patients
- ECFMG certification (if applicable)
