Role Overview: Responsible for overseeing the NV Medical Management Command Center RN case manager functions, including discharge planning, transitions of care, and utilization management for hospitalized members. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations, manage staffing, and ensure team productivity and compliance. Develop work and educational plans, promote teamwork, and foster high morale. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to optimize patient care. Monitor and report on operational metrics, quality, and performance standards. Provide education, support, and development for staff; identify barriers and implement solutions. Promote LEAN work cycles and process improvements. Participate in IDT meetings, taskforces, and support high-volume and high-risk hospital operations. Qualifications & Skills: Active Nevada RN license; obtain CCM certification within 2+ years. Minimum 1+ year experience in managed care and supervisory roles. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, clinical and case management practices. Excellent technology, interpersonal, negotiation, and critical thinking skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Additional Information: Role involves working in hospital or office settings with some driving required. Success is measured through metrics like discharge rates, readmission rates, and productivity. Compensation ranges from $91,700 to $163,700 annually, with comprehensive benefits and incentives.
