About Us
The Punishers are Pueblo's premier professional arena football team, playing at the historic Southwest Motors Events Center. We deliver high-energy sports entertainment and work closely with local businesses to create impactful in-arena advertising and sponsorship opportunities.

Position Overview
We are looking for motivated sales professionals to sell advertising and sponsorship packages inside the Southwest Motors Events Center during our home games. This is a field-based, entrepreneurial role where you’ll connect with local businesses, present advertising opportunities, and close deals that benefit both the sponsor and the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through outreach, networking, and relationship building
• Present and sell advertising placements inside the Southwest Motors Events Center and other Punishers opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and decision-makers
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a smooth onboarding process for sponsors
• Collaborate with internal teams to complete agreements and activate deliverables
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals

Qualifications

• Experience in business-to-business sales, advertising, sponsorships, or events is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and executives
• Goal-oriented and driven by performance

Compensation and Incentives

• 100% commission
• 20% commission on all closed deals
• $1,000 Fast Start Bonus: Paid out when you close your first deal collected of $3,500 or more within your first 30 days
• $2,500 Accelerator Bonus: Earn an additional $2,500 bonus when you hit $20,000 in total sales in your first 30 days
• $10,000 bonus if you close $100,000 within any calendar month.
• Monthly earning potential: $4,000 to $20,000+
