Welders – $20–$28/hr (DOE) – 1st Shift
Location: Menomonee Falls / Brookfield Area]
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
We are hiring experienced MIG Welders / Fitters for a growing fabrication shop. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with consistent hours and overtime potential.
What You’ll Do:- Perform MIG welding and fitting on custom metal fabrication projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and complex schematics
- Position, align, fit, and weld components to specifications
- Operate fabrication equipment (brakes, rolls, shears, grinders, drill presses, etc.)
- Work on custom “from-the-ground-up” builds and restoration projects
- 3+ years of MIG welding experience (Flux core up to 3/32 wire preferred)
- 2+ years of fitting experience
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work (standing, bending, lifting)
- Reliable and detail-oriented
