Founding Talent Partner for Rapid-Growth GTM (San Francisco)

AIUC is expanding rapidly and seeking a Founding Talent Partner to own the full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of roles, focusing on early-stage GTM hires and senior operators. You will partner with the founding team to define role requirements and build sourcing plays, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

This is a critical function in shaping AIUC’s employer brand as we scale. You will manage multiple senior searches with a builder’s mindset, delivering data-driven insights
