Job Title: Production Worker
Location:  Hoosick Falls NY 12090
Work Schedule:  Monday–Friday, 
2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm ; training on 1st shift - 6:30am - 3:00pm
3rd Shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am ; training on 1st shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm
Pay Rate:  USD 21.00 /hr
Contract Type: TTH

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and lift 25–50 pounds
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, use simple math, and basic handheld measuring tools
• Basic computer skills
• Manufacturing experience preferred; on-the-job training provided

Responsibilities:

• Follow prescribed safety regulations
• Maintain a 5S acceptable work area
• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Help meet production goals safely and efficiently
• Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
• Work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed or directed
• Work varied hours, days, or overtime as required by business needs
