Neonatologist Opportunity At Emory Johns Creek Hospital

Pediatrix Medical Group Careers is seeking a full-time neonatologist to join the Level III NICU team at Emory Johns Creek Hospital in Johns Creek, Georgia. Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 16-bed Level III NICU
• Manage an average daily census of 78 NICU patients
• Deliver specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns
• Attend and manage high-risk deliveries
• Provide care for healthy newborns in the newborn nursery
• Collaborate closely with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in continuous 24/7 onsite NEOS coverage
• Support over 1,100 annual deliveries
• Deliver evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care
• Work in collaboration with 371 Emory faculty physicians, 410 private practice physicians, and 39 Emory Specialty Associates
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Potentially assume a leadership opportunity for qualified candidates

Practice in a collaborative, innovative, and supportive clinical environment and contribute to ongoing excellence in neonatal outcomes and patient experience.

Accepting candidates that are completing Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship training and eligible for boards. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required. Not accepting Locums candidates. Not accepting visa candidates.
