Description Our site managers oversee daily operations and lead a strong team to deliver outstanding service to our tenants and prospective tenants. It's a hands-on role that requires being physically present, visible, and responsive. A Site Manager is: A daily, on-site presence who inspects, walks, and personally oversees the building A hands-on leader who supervises staff and subcontractors directly The first point of contact for tenant concerns, safety issues, and site logistics Someone who takes full ownership of the property's condition and reports up with accuracy and accountability The person wno will prepare and present site reports to your Regional Property Manager Ensure complete tenant satisfaction Identify, mitigate, and correct potential risks A Site Manager is not: A remote or part-time role — this position requires being on-site, Monday through Friday Purely administrative A delegation-only role — issues are expected to be handled personally and promptly, not passed along An entry-level position — it requires prior experience in Property Management Requirements ?? Minimum of 3 years in apartment or building site management Proven track record retaining customers/clients/tenants Strong knowledge of building compliance and regulations at the local and state level Excellent leadership and team management skills Proficient in CRM systems Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work under pressure Knowledge with Appfolioand Smart Sheets is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
