Senior Manager, Operational Readiness & Change Delivery

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations Readiness to lead the readiness lifecycle for MWB initiatives. You will partner with Operations Innovation, Technology, Change Management, and Training to ensure initiatives are ready for deployment and adopted across MWB teams. Responsibilities include guiding an extended readiness team, defining KPIs, designing intake and prioritization, and driving continuous optimization post-implementation.
