Process Engineering Manager – Medical Devices
Houston, TX
Are you a Process Engineering Manager with a background in medical devices, looking to join a market-leading organization where you will play a pivotal role in their future growth?
This is an excellent opportunity to make your mark on the manufacturing department, leading and developing a team of Manufacturing Technicians, Engineers, and Senior Engineers.
This is a great time to join a well-established manufacturer that has recently moved into a new state-of-the-art facility and has a first-class reputation for prioritizing employee welfare.
On offer is a varied role where you will be hands-on, working closely with the production team and leading process improvement projects. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of 10.
This role provides an opportunity to implement manufacturing processes and procedures while developing your own team of manufacturing engineers. The ideal candidate will be seeking a managerial position with long-term career prospects within a growing organization.
