Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate supports within the Warehouse and Logistics Department and is primarily centered on the management of client properties within the warehouse, inventory duties and other generalized warehouse functions. This position is eligible to work an in person schedule based out of our St. Paul, MN location.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAccurately and efficiently pull, prepare, deploy and receive client properties for events and trade showsAttend appropriate team meetingsCommunicate with Management the scope of work necessary to complete projects in order to effectively manage work schedule(s)Effectively communicate and coordinate the flow of work with team members in other departmentsWork with Receiving Coordinator to receive, inspect and return all properties to storage within a 2 week timelineMaintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and abide by best practices for warehouse safetyUpdate and manage inventory and storage of properties efficiently and accuratelyOversee the quality and accuracy of work performed within the warehouseOther duties as requiredEducation & ExperienceAt least one year of warehouse experience preferredThe ability to operate multiple types of forklifts and warehouse equipmentThe ability to stay on task and oversee multiple jobs at once in an organized and efficient mannerModerate walking, standing, and/or climbing; heavy lifting and carrying, stopping, bending, kneeling and reachingBasic computer operation and navigation (including Word and Excel) as well as the ability to use a camera to upload photosWork safely, accurately and quickly using material and resources effectivelyDemonstrate a commitment to the successful completion of all projects to a high standardAbility to function as a team player and be a problem solverWhat We OfferThe Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
