Store Manager

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, including staffing, training, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service. Ensures store is properly staffed, maintains safety standards, and oversees daily opening and closing procedures. Analyzes financial and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Manages merchandise presentation, inventory levels, and loss prevention measures. Upholds company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Provides leadership to motivate and develop staff, fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees in compliance with laws and policies. Communicate performance expectations and conduct regular meetings. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock presentation. Ensure store safety, security, cleanliness, and organization. Manage financial controls, cash handling, and store accountability. Deliver excellent customer service and address customer needs. Complete administrative tasks and ensure policy adherence. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and safety procedures. Ability to perform basic math, interpret documents, and utilize store systems. Physical ability for frequent standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and movement throughout the store. Preferred bilingual (Spanish) skills in some locations. #J-18808-Ljbffr val's services
