Join the Solara Autism Services Team!

Solara Autism Services is seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing clinical team at our Seymour, Connecticut clinic .

As a Full-Time RBT, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll play a vital role in helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families every day.

• Position: Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Location: Seymour, Connecticut

• Schedule: Full-Time

• Setting: Center-Based ABA Therapy

• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Teach communication, social, play, academic readiness, self-help, and daily living skills

• Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies and behavior reduction procedures

• Collect accurate session data and maintain detailed clinical documentation

• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs regarding client progress

• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and professional development

• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment

• Collaborate with families and the clinical team to promote skill generalization

• Follow all BACB RBT Ethics Code standards, company policies, and insurance documentation requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field preferred

• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities is preferred

• Passion for helping children learn and succeed

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Ability to remain active throughout the workday, including sitting on the floor, playing with children, lifting up to 50 pounds, and responding quickly to client behaviors
