Complete germination testing (warm & cool) Quality Lab Technician needed in Lubbock, TX Great Opportunity with a reputable company! Key Responsibilities Conduct lab testing on seed samples Complete germination testing (warm & cool) Collect and organize product samples Requirements High school diploma or GED Experience in quality inspection, lab work, or agriculture preferred Experience with seed testing, farm work, or manufacturing QC is a plus Basic knowledge of biology, chemistry, or QC processes Must provide Passport or Birth Certificate for onboarding Schedule Standard: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Peak season (Nov–Jan): Day & night shifts available, up to 50 hrs/week Feb–May: Weekend availability may be required Fast-paced lab and production environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New Deal, TX. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
