About the Role We are seeking an Accounting and Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This position is office‑based, with locations available in New York City or Massapequa, NY. In this role, you support both the finance and sales operations of the company. You manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks, assist the sales team with administrative processes, and own the end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash cycle — with a strong focus on accelerating customer payment collection. Responsibilities Process and manage customer orders, contracts, and renewals ; Issue and track customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery ; Maintain and update CRM data (client records, opportunities, contracts). Accounts Receivable & Collections Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions ; Own the end‑to‑end accounts receivable process, from invoice issuance to cash collection ; Monitor the aging receivables report weekly and escalate overdue accounts ; Send timely, professional payment reminders to customers and manage collection follow‑ups (calls and written) ; Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success to resolve billing disputes and invoice discrepancies ; Record all collection activity and client communications in the CRM and accounting system ; Prepare weekly and monthly collection reports, including DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) analysis ; Proactively identify at‑risk accounts to reduce bad debt exposure ; Ensure accurate payment application and account reconciliation. Accounting and Administrative support Process and record accounts payable, receivable and purchases transactions ; Compile and review accounting documents and statements - support internal controls Assist with financial closing processes and management report preparation. What we’re looking for 2+ years of experience in accounting and/or sales administration ; Fluent in English and French ; Experience in a multinational or technology company preferred ; Exposure to multi‑currency and multi‑entity environments is a strong asset ; Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
