About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Treasurer to provide strategic financial leadership and oversight. This dual role is pivotal in ensuring fiscal integrity, compliance, and sustainability for the nonprofit parent organization, as well as managing treasury functions and financial governance for the for-profit subsidiary. The successful candidate will collaborate with the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that support organizational growth, operational efficiency, and long-term viability. Key responsibilities include financial planning, risk management, investment oversight, and reporting to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements. Applicants for the CFO and Treasurer position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in financial management, particularly within a governmental, non-profit, or healthcare setting. A CPA or CFA certification is also preferred. The role requires a strong command of financial management, data analysis, risk management, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and manage teams. The ideal candidate will have a history of success in financial operations, strategic planning, and be adept at using financial management software and technology.
