Job Description

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Assemblers to join our team located in Mt. Sterling. This role involves supporting manufacturing operations, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely
• Assemble, package, and inspect products according to specifications
• Monitor product quality and report defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Meet daily productivity and performance goals
• Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed

Work Environment

The role is based in a metal stamping facility that operates very large presses, including equipment up to 3,000 tons. Work is performed on the production floor, with inspectors standing for most of the day while handling and examining stamped metal parts. There are openings on both first and second shifts. First shift begins at 7:00 AM and may run 8, 10, or 12 hours depending on workload. Second shift starts at 3:15 PM and follows the same variable shift lengths. The environment is industrial and fast-paced, requiring comfort with noise, heavy machinery, and a focus on safety procedures.

This is a Contract position based out of MOUNT STERLING, KY.

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in MOUNT STERLING,KY.
