Our core projects include tenant improvements, life science buildouts, and ground‑up commercial work, typically ranging from $5M–$40M. Most of our work is concentrated in Bellevue, Redmond, and Kirkland, with a strong backlog tied to long‑term client relationships in tech and healthcare. Why join us?
