- Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to produce top-notch diagnostic images for physicians
- Work in tandem with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate precise diagnoses
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and calibrate imaging equipment for optimal results
- Uphold radiation safety standards to protect both patients and colleagues
- Keep meticulous records, including logs of imaging procedures and equipment maintenance
- Deliver empathetic patient care throughout the imaging process
- Maintain a safe and efficient imaging environment that fosters teamwork
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Graduation from an accredited radiology program is essential
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is required
- Current BLS certification or ability to acquire it within 90 days of starting
- Strong knowledge of imaging protocols and safety practices
- Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with patients and staff
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changes
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility
- Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and modern imaging technologies
