Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations within a high-volume manufacturing facility. This individual will be responsible for driving equipment reliability, maximizing plant uptime, leading maintenance personnel, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the operation. Responsibilities Lead, plan, and oversee all maintenance operations. Ensure equipment, machinery, and facility systems operate safely and reliably. Manage and develop the maintenance team through coaching, training, and performance management. Develop and manage the department budget while identifying opportunities to improve costs and efficiency. Ensure production equipment is maintained to maximize uptime, throughput, and overall equipment effectiveness. Partner with Engineering to support new equipment installations and capital projects. Lead Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Manage preventative, predictive, and total productive maintenance (PM/PdM/TPM) programs through CMMS. Analyze equipment failures, lead root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate maintenance support during scheduled shutdowns and major repairs. Standardize maintenance best practices across the facility. Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance planning to support equipment reliability. Develop and support capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects aligned with business objectives. Foster strong communication and collaboration with production, engineering, and leadership teams. Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, and operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 7-10 years of manufacturing experience in engineering, maintenance, production, or operations. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Experience managing Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), CMMS, preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and solve complex technical problems. Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Self-motivated with the ability to lead teams and drive operational improvements. Preferred Qualifications Six Sigma Black Belt or other Lean Manufacturing certification. Experience leading capital projects and equipment reliability initiatives. Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
