This role operates in a fully remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to provide services from your home office while being part of a collaborative outpatient team. We equip our therapists with the tools and resources necessary for effective remote therapy, including secure video conferencing software and electronic health record systems.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct virtual individual therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and therapeutic environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

  • Facilitate group therapy and family counseling sessions focusing on the mental health of family units and interpersonal dynamics.

  • Design and conduct psycho-educational workshops and parenting classes, adapting materials to meet the needs of participants.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed case documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, and billing information, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

  • Engage in regular team meetings to collaborate with peers on case consultations, sharing insights and best practices.

  • Fulfill billing obligations by recording and submitting a predetermined number of reimbursable service hours efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals and families facing various challenges. The therapeutic services you provide will aim to address mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and transitional issues across both child and adult populations. Ensuring each client meets medical necessity will be essential to delivering targeted care.

  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

  • Must possess a current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

  • A minimum of three years of experience in clinical counseling services with a focus on family and marriage therapy.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to document and manage billing hours effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Replicate Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan with company matching, generous paid time off, sick leave, life insurance, and a profit-sharing option.
