LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Weekend Work!

Weekend LPN (All shifts needed) We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center, a 181‑bed facility located in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania. As a Weekend LPN, you will provide high‑quality care to residents and ensure a smooth transition from weekend to week. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN). Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Perform routine clinical tasks such as vital signs, wound care, and specimen collection. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members. Document patient information accurately and promptly. Requirements Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania. Prior experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome to apply). Ability to work weekends and all shifts as needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
