What You'll Do Lead Strategic UX Transformation Define a bold UX vision to simplify complex CRE lending workflows into intuitive user journeys Translate business challenges into scalable systems and frameworks Design with Craft and Versatility Deliver full design outputs: wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high‑fidelity experiences Design across multiple touchpoints—borrower dashboards, lender workflows, AI‑driven recommendations via mobile and web—ensuring seamless and consistent experiences Elevate the Design Practice Mentor and guide other designers, offering critique, sharing best practices, and instilling a culture of design excellence Champion accessibility, inclusivity, and usability at every step Collaborate and Influence Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver innovative features Work directly with executives to shape product direction, influence key decisions, and advocate for user needs Measure and Drive Impact Define meaningful UX metrics tied to adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction Use research and data to continuously iterate and refine experiences What We're Looking For Experience & Expertise 7+ years of experience in product design/UX, with a strong portfolio demonstrating SaaS platform and marketplace design Proven experience working on complex fintech, mortgage, or real estate products Background at companies like Zillow, Rocket Mortgage, Trulia, Blend, LendingTree, Plaid, Redfin, Compass, or SoFi is highly desired Skills & Craft Mastery of modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.) and design systems Strong in Information Architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing skills Ability to clearly articulate design decisions to both executives and cross‑functional partners Leadership & Influence Track record of mentoring designers and elevating design culture Capable of leading as a senior individual contributor while influencing product vision at scale Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments Why Join CommLoan Shape the future of CRE lending, with AI at the core of the experience Lead design innovation for a SaaS platform with massive industry impact Work with a collaborative, entrepreneurial team where your design voice drives decisions Competitive compensation with potential equity upside Be part of a mission‑driven company solving meaningful and complex challenges Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Stock options plan Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Choice Hotels International
