Family Resource Specialist - Transform Lives at Home

Helen Ross McNabb Center is seeking a Healthy Families Family Resource Specialist (Morgan & Roane Co.) to support at-risk families through home visiting and referral coordination in Kentucky. You will conduct screenings, complete FROG assessments, and maintain documentation for accreditation while partnering with community organizations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, demonstrates strong communication, trauma-informed practice, and is prepared to #J-18808-Ljbffr Helen Ross McNabb Center
