About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Pending license accepted with submission, must be in-hand prior to start Certifications: - BLS required - Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed) Must-Have: - Charge experience preferred - Experience with specific patient ratios is beneficial - EMR experience is preferred Description: Locals are allowed. First-time travelers are accepted. Floating to sister facilities as needed is required. Call is required. Modules are required; if completed in the first 16 hours of orientation, they are non-billable. If completed after the first 16 hours of orientation, they are billable. Modules will be recorded through the designated system. Responsibilities include providing care to patients in the operating room. Interdisciplinary support is available. This position requires adherence to standard operating procedures and patient care protocols. Professional behavior and communication skills are essential for interacting with team members and patients. The candidate should be prepared for a dynamic work environment with variable start times based on surgeries. Maintaining a high standard of patient care is mandatory.
