Our Regional Managers were once Office Managers, and so possess the skill-set to truly assist our Office Managers when support is needed.Role Overview:General Managers are an integral part of each Nuvia center, working with administrative, clinical and sales team members to ensure the success of the center. General Managers are responsible for optimizing the patient schedule to align with production goals and to ensure patients are being treated efficiently. General Managers are key to ensuring patients have an exceptional treatment experience through excellent communication and managing patient expectations. General Managers are an important part of coordinating the medical clearance of Nuvia patients, working with Nuvia providers and external clinical offices to ensure patients are cleared for their surgical procedures in a timely manner. The General Manager is also responsible for managing the administrative team and Dental Assistants, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to, and also that workflows are efficient.Responsibilities:Drives a productive and efficient scheduleWorks with clinical team to ensure patients are cleared for surgeryEnsures Nuvia's best practices are in placeAdministers and enforces company policies and proceduresWorks closely with clinical providers to communicate company objectivesServe as a point of contact between centralized operations and their centerEnsure compliance in the center based on OSHA and HIPPA guidelinesFacilitate training for center staff on new best practicesQualifications:3-5 year management experience in dental fieldFamiliar with OSHA and HIPPA compliance standardsExperience with OpenDental management Software preferred2 plus years experience as a training facilitatorA Day in the Life:Patient Scheduling: Schedule patients to optimize efficiency and productionMedical Clearances: Work with Nuvia providers and external clinical offices to ensure patients are cleared for their surgical procedures in a timely manner.System Updates: Ensure accuracy of documentation in Nuvia's operating system to accurately track patient surgeries, outstanding balances, and medical documentation.Daily Huddles: Perform daily huddles and inspections to facilitate alignment and adequate maintenance of the center.Communication Management: Collaborate and partner with other departments, such as: Compliance, Provider Success, Sales, Payroll, Facility Support, Patient Experience to ensure operational excellence and alignment.Miscellaneous Firefighting: Leverage your skills and experience as a manager to troubleshoot and solve daily situations that could negatively impact the patient, your team, or Nuvia.JOIN TODAY!At Nuvia Dental Implant Center, we are passionate about providing life-changing treatment to our patients.
