Continuous Improvement Manager

Work Model This is a fully onsite role, performed at the designated Regal Rexnord office. Major Responsibilities Drives tangible and measurable improvements of key processes through leadership, training, and mentoring of a team. Assists teams in developing a Continuous Improvement Roadmap for implementation of strategic objectives. Coaches and mentors associates in Lean tools, concepts, and practices within RBS. Directly supports the site to achieve strategic deployment objectives by conducting on‑site workshops, kaizen events, assessments, and providing guidance through the lean transformation process. Identifies and shares best practices across the site and Aerospace division. Works with the Plant Manager and other functional leaders as a “thought leader” to define current state, assess gaps, and assist in developing future state aligned with strategic plans. Experience and Skills Bachelor's degree, preferably in industrial engineering, operations management, or related discipline. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. A minimum of five years of manufacturing experience, preferably across various operational functions such as Operations, Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality. At least three years of hands‑on experience implementing Lean tools and concepts in a manufacturing environment. Extensive knowledge of the Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Six Sigma. Experience working in a shop that manufactures metal components is a plus. Continuous improvement mindset demonstrated through tangible financial results.
