About the Position

Job Title: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 24 months CVICU experience (with recent experience in the last 12 months) License: Active license to practice verified within the last 30 days Certifications: Active ACLS certification from approved vendor, Active BLS certification from approved vendor Must-Have: Candidates must be willing to accept all criteria outlined in their application. Candidates should be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. Requests for time off cannot exceed 7 days and no time off is permitted during the first week of assignment. Candidate must have a driver's license to verify residency. Candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position. Description: This role involves weekend and holiday rotation. On-call duty is required. Candidates may be required to float to other units if needed. There are strict adherence requirements to all background check standards. All candidates submitted should have completed a CVICU skills checklist within the last 12 months.
